Fast, reliable, 3 step process
1. Free Consultation
We'll call round to your property and discuss your plans. We can offer informed design advice and whether your project may or may not need planning permission.
If you're happy and we settle on a direction and you'd like to proceed, we will quote for the items you require like planning drawings or building regulations drawings.
2. Home Survey Visit
When you're happy with our quote, we will visit your property and carry out a fully detailed site survey using dedicated laser devices.
The measurements are used to create incredibly detailed CAD drawings of your project.
We use top of the range laser measuring devices that are accurate to within 1.5 mm.
3. Drawings and Plans Submissions
Using industry standard software, we create your plans, elevations and 3D views of your project.
The drawings are then used for planning permission purposes and can be passed on for building regulations.
We can submit the planning application via the Planning Portal for you, if you'd prefer.
